Several years ago, I obtained permission from Arnold's son to revise and republish this volume on BrethrenPedia, which I have since transcribed, and it is presently available at http://brethrenpedia.org/index.php/Brethren_Writers and we are gradually adding various supplements to it, such as biographies of authors, publishers, etc. The "copyright" was a one-off for Baker.
