this text was probably in the original booklet (which I do not have), see the preprint by Huebner on page 101. You will also find it in the French translation of 1872 on page 30.

Later these words were left out (perhaps because being used by writers hostile to “brethren”) and are missing in the modern editions (for example by Loizeaux or on STEM-publishing).
