In John Julian's Dictionary of Hymnology (London 1892, p. 1557) I found the following curious reference:

The hymn "Come to the ark" can indeed be found in the above hymn book (Appendix, no. 10; p. 216 of the PDF), but is there any evidence for Percy Francis Hall being its editor??
