She never married again. The above information would seem to be incorret.

If he indeed died in 1902 as suggested by David, then the photograph is not of him either, for the man in the photo is surely more than 43 years of age.

An Alice Mary Willis married a Frederick William Pitt in Melksham, Wiltshire, in 1881 but this is not the same Frederick William Pitt as above. 'Our' F. W. Pitt married Alice Mary Hills at Fulham in 1885.
