Tony, I was able to quite easily download it, and I have a very old computer, still with Windows 7. See if you are able to download other files on the site. I suppose you would need to check some settings on your computer/laptop; maybe also any anti-virus that may be "protecting" your system. But I'm only guessing, and Tom or others may have better advice.
