Philip Willis loved the gospel and presents it quite succinctly in some of his tracts.
Is anything more known about him?

These tracts were published by Stow Hill in Newport and in London at 15 Paternoster Square. SH was started and run by John Herbert and probably the London address was George Morrish. This was before the 1930s when JT interfered, closed down all the other depots, and moved SH to London, effectively controlling all the output of his 'ministry' thereafter.

I'm told, he seems to have changed 'camps' a few times, and was among the Raven, Glanton and Open groups going by the publishers of the pamphlets, and the magazines his name or initials are in, which include The Christian Friend, Words of Grace and Encouragement, Scripture Truth, Faith and the Flock and The Witness. If it is one and the same person who authored them. Would be interested to know more on him if anyone can help.
