I have a copy, and so does CBA Manchester but not digitised.

I was unable to view the full book. Error message says, "Access to www.brethrenarchive.org was denied. You don't have authorization to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403." Any chance someone could help me access it? Thanks! :-)
