This person was almost certainly then in the Taylor fellowship - I've no idea whether the S.E.L.O. were real initials or stood for something else.

Thanks .. actually I have that book. It is a small collection, of 7 poems set to music, one is by J.N.D., 3 are indeed by S.E.L.O., entitled, "The Shepherd and the Lamb", "I love to See the Streamlet", and "God is Love". None of the words of these come up in Google though, so none the wiser as to who the writer was!
