There were 5 brothers and 3 sisters. William Henry, Walter Bligh & Lemuel Upton, were all in Christian service in the Congo.

For info:

Walter Bligh Westcott served as Home Treasurer until 1927 of what became known as the Westcott Mission. His older brothers began the work in 1897 in the ‘Belgian Congo’. Mr William Henry Westcott returned to the U.K. in 1916, while his older brother, Mr Lemuel Upton Westcott, died on the field in 1929.

In 1909 W.B.W. was on the first committee of “Scripture Truth” magazine.

On his last furlough, Mr L. Upton Westcott, who was blind for many years, attended one of the “Young People’s Conference”, together with his brother, W.H.W., and some members of the family of his late first wife (she died in 1907), who was of the Anning family. Her brother, Dr Anning, was a well known Glanton brother, while her sister, Mrs Swain, a head mistress in a Christian boarding school for girls, wrote “Light in Our Dwellings”, a book for young women.

There appears to be some confusion in the reference to "Mrs Swain, a headmistress in a Christian boarding school". This must surely be the unmarried Miss Edith G R Swain who succeeded Miss Amy Flint, as the second Headmistress of Clarendon School (1930-65). Unless my memory is at fault, Miss Swain was a sister of Ella Swain who married Harold St John. Miss Swain was therefore an aunt of Harold St John's daughter Patricia who was a missionary nurse in Morocco and a housemother at Clarendon for some years, where she wrote several very popular Christian novels like 'Treasures of the Snow'. Anon stands corrected. The title of the book by E.G.R. Swain is “The Light of the Morning”. (Very recently, J. von Poseck, the writer of “Light in our Dwellings”, had been mentioned in a comment.)

From what Dr Stunt writes, part of the information regarding Mrs Swain née Anning that Anon was given many years ago by a young sister was incorrect. Mrs Swain was a generation older than the writer of the book.

The picture here https://www.scripture-truth.org.uk/images/committee.jpg shows the commitee of The Scripture Truth magazine in about 1909: H J Vine, J T Mawson, H P Barker, F B Hole, H R Jameson, Mr Huntley, J Murray, Capt J W Smith, Hamilton Smith, Mr Bell, R Dunn, Robert Whyte and Walter Westcott.

Can anyone confirm, if Walter Westcott is sitting in the bottom row on the far right?

Garbriele, I would say some of the key names as listed match the lineup from top to bottom (eg I recognise JT Mawson, HP Barker, FB Hole, Hamilton Smith) so it is a reasonable assumption that WW is at the bottom far right.
