I have volume one in print form. Could someone share with me how I could possibly get this (vol 2) in print? When I do a search for it on Internet searches, I cannot find anything. I love the first volume, as I can thumb through it and find encouraging articles and such at any time. Would love to have this one in book form, too.

Hi Lisa .. items like these are really hard to obtain, I've only seen one or two from this series for sale in the last ten years, and I have alerts set up on Ebay, Abebooks etc.
