He also published "The Airman's Farewell," 8p. Published by A. E Bird, 61 Stangray Ave. Plymouth, of the Raven-Taylor Exclusive Brethren, later known as the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church.

Marty, It can't have been published by the PBCC during WW2 since they didn't officially exist until recently.

Alfred Edward Bird (b. 15 Aug 1901 in Plymouth) son of Charles Edward and Emma Maria Johnson. Was a bank clerk in 1939 around the time he wrote 'The Airman's Farewell'. He married Edith Mary Walker in 1924 and they had two children. He died in Bath, Somerset, in 1971.
